Altar Servers form a very important part of the church. Every parish is enriched through their dedication, service and desire to serve the Lord and His people. It is a very important responsibility, and requires that:

Adult servers must be Baptized Catholics, received First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

Youth servers must be Baptized Catholics, 7 years of age or older, received or in preparation to receive First Holy Communion.

All servers must be willing and able to attend training. Please see back page for duties and expectations.
In submitting this Altar Server Registration Form, I understand that this commitment means being open to serve at a variety of liturgical celebrations. I commit to this ministry freely. I promise to follow the guidelines and expectations as given in the training packet, and to meet my obligation responsibly.
